I am not sure really what to say. We have yet to plug it in. After weeks of waiting for the product with little feed back and a tracking system that showed the product sitting for two weeks without moving. Customer service told me it was moving I just could not see it. (Had to call because they do not respond to messages) Funny thing is later in the day after I called tracking finally said label created. Still did not ship for almost 8 days. Did not get product until out of town and was not able to use it. That is my fault for not ordering sooner but when we ordered it was told 10 days. Finally got home and thought we would use it anyway only to find it only has a European wall outlet plug. No adapter. Sent another message and still have not heard from anyone. I will probable return product. If this is there customer service I do not think I can rely on this company to help in a timely manner.

Product sat for almost two weeks before being shipped. Inwas told by customer service thst it was just not showing on my tracking. I contacted them again and they said it had arrived in my local airport. It had not. The tracking ststed working and it still had not shipped. This would've been fine if we had veen told when ordering product thst it would take thst long but we were told 10
days. Finally received the product. Opened it and it came with only a European plug and bo adapter. Not sure what Imam going tomdo. I return it but Not sure. I have contacted customer service several times and have not received a response. I do not recommend this company.

Arrived quickly, original packaging, looks like a good product, hopefully it will last a long time, currently working properly, connects via an app.

Convenient. Everything works. The portions are only small, so we serve 6-7 at a time.
